Forearm slides to take you to your back in X. Repeat other side. Don't be afraid to touch others - don't shrink away and don't tense up. Allow contact to be natural - think of touching another person (accidentally) as an opportunity,

Cross-body touching. Exploring your body w/ your own hands. Geometrical/linear lines. Match someone else's movements but translate it in a different way (SB calls herself a master appropriator). Wipe/wash/clean/scrub self and space. Forming. How do you feel frequently?
